The COVID-19 Coronavirus Pandemic are causing enormous changes in all of our lives. The effects of the virus are a daily consideration that cannot be avoided. I want to make sure that you all know that we have had plans in place for the kind of challenges we are now facing (the ApplicInt Business Continuity Plan). I also wanted to let you know that while we plan for major disruptions, we are prepared and well positioned to continue development, maintenance and support as normal.

ApplicInt is an organization that is not dependent upon specific offices or locations. We have tools and applications to help us stay connected regardless of whether we are on our computers, phones or tablets and regardless of our location. All of our US resources can and frequently work remotely. Our development organization and the people that manage our developers, are located in 3 different offices and in four different countries. They can also work remotely as necessary.

All of our online tools for development tracking (Jira) and bug/enhancement reporting (Elementool), remain available as is usual. We will continue to be available at normal times through email or phone. We expect our Service Level of Support to continue to remain available. If we see any change in those Service Levels or have an outage for any reason, we will let you know.
